Kettleburgh Parish Council recently distributed a leaflet to every household in Kettleburgh that contained the following information (jim Duckham's name was subsequently removed as he is now self-isolation) -
Are you self-isolating because of the COVID-19 pandemic? If so, please do not hesitate to let us know if you need any help, such as collecting prescriptions or shopping, or helping to care for any pets or livestock.

Brandeston have made known the following via their PEDL -
The Queen pub has started a shop which, from the 26th March will be open as explained in their update information found by following this link. They also have a take away menu which has a range of produce and prices. These are their contact details.
Milkmen Milk & More deliver milk and other produce in Brandeston on Mondays, Wednesddays and Fridays (beware I went on to their website to get the link for you and there was a queue of over 24,000!).
Hall farm Butchers in Framlingham shall be starting a delivery service from the 23rd March. Next weekend being Easter, orders should be sent in by Tuesday evening, 7 April, at the latest as they will be preparing on Wednesday for an earlier delivery on Thursday. A fishmonger (Spen) visits Brandeston every Tuesday between 4.30 and 5.00pm at two locations - adjacent to The Oaks and 42 The Street and the Yews in The Street.
As you are probably also aware DC Patrick in Framlingham deliver newspapers locally every day (01728 724414).
"aboutfram" in association with the Framlingham Covid-19 Response Team have created a page on their website that lists all of the businesses still able to offer a food delivery or take away service. It covers all of the villages local to Framlingham and there are some very generous offers of home delivery for those who are self isolating and therefore unable to go out. Some of these businesses are mentione above but there are many more on this list to be found HERE
The Keep Fit Trainer that normally holds Keep Fit sessions on a Monday in Kettleburgh village hall has made this "Corona-Anxiety Self Help Survival Guide" available
East Suffolk Council (ESC)
ESC have recently published this Community Support Action List that you may find useful.
ESC Communities Officer made the following information known on the 17th April 2020 -
Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) has set up a 24/7 helpline offering immediate support for mental health difficulties during the coronavirus pandemic. Staffed by mental health professionals from the Trust, it will provide reassurance, self-help advice, support and signposting. ‘First Response’ is available on 0808 196 3494

Healthy Suffolk have a dedicated website for supporting people during the outbreak. It includes tips to maintain physical and mental health during this time at www.healthysuffolk.org.uk
Public Health England are promoting their ‘Act like you have it’ campaign including free downloadable images and posters for distribution.
